Who we are

ListingLab ("we", "us") is the controller for the personal data described here. If you have questions, contact us at support@listinglab.tech.

What we collect

• Account Information: Email address, name (if provided), and authentication data when you create an account.
• API Keys: Your Dynamic Mockups API key and Etsy OAuth tokens (stored securely) to enable the service.
• Content Data: Design descriptions, generated mockups, AI-generated titles/descriptions/tags, and draft listings you create.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the service, including features accessed and API calls made.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic server logs for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To provide the ListingLab service (mockup generation, AI content creation, Etsy integration).
• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To process your API requests to third-party services (Dynamic Mockups, Etsy, OpenAI).
• To maintain and improve the service (troubleshooting, preventing abuse, analytics).
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely with Supabase (managed PostgreSQL database) in a secure cloud environment. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication (OAuth 2.0)
• Access controls and monitoring
• Regular security updates

Note: API keys will be encrypted before storage in a future update. Currently, they are stored securely but not encrypted at rest.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide ListingLab:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage.Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with these service providers only as necessary to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe: You can opt out of emails at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us.
• Access/Deletion: You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailingsupport@listinglab.tech.

If you are in the European Union/UK, you may also have rights under GDPR (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise your rights.

Data retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

Children

ListingLab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this Policy. We will change the date above and, if changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice.
