What we collect

• Waitlist email: When you join the early access waitlist, we collect your email address and the time you signed up.
• Basic logs: We may store basic server logs for reliability and security (e.g., error logs).

How we use your information

• To manage the early access waitlist and notify you when it's your turn.
• To send product updates or onboarding information related to ListingLab.
• To maintain and improve the service (e.g., troubleshooting, preventing abuse).

How we store it

In production, waitlist emails are stored with Supabase (managed Postgres) in a secure environment, accessible only to authorized personnel. During local development, we may temporarily store emails in a private file that is not committed to version control. We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us run the service—such as Supabase (managed database) and, if configured, email delivery or analytics providers— under contracts that protect your information. We may also share information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe: You can opt out of emails at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us.
• Access/Deletion: You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailingprivacy@listinglab.app.

If you are in the European Union/UK, you may also have rights under GDPR (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise your rights.

Data retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

Children

ListingLab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this Policy. We will change the date above and, if changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice.
