• You are responsible for all listings created through our service
• You must review all draft listings before publishing
• You must provide accurate information

What We Provide

• Mockup generation via third-party APIs
• AI-powered SEO content generation
• Draft listing creation via platform APIs
• We do NOT publish listings without your review

Limitations

• We don't guarantee sales or results
• We're not responsible for platform API changes
• Service availability may vary
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.

No Warranties

Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

ListingLab is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Platform Compliance
